Credit my account pls itz been more than 5 days

I did return my product on 17 May 2022 (Montague Gardens Facility),my product is concluded/Evaluated but even today 24 may 2025 my balance is not reflected to my accounts Remember,I was using COD method. Take a lot never dispointed me before but today am feeling more dispointed. Any a way forward please
