Credit *****

Hi, I am so not impressed. I returned an apple watch strap and requested that the credit be put in my account. Takealot allocated the credit initially then went and reversed it. I have enquired with them regarding this as the product was returned to them and was never opened. This is so unprofessional and ********* as I need that credit to reflect for me to be able to make an urgent purchase on their site. I am disturbed by their credit department actually.
