Credit /courier fees

I ordered an IPad charger from TakeALot and because I was a first time orderer 😁😁, I got my courier costs for free. Unfortunately the parcel was not delivered (as per my understanding, the orders was hijacked), so when I ordered again, I had to pay courier services, which would have been paid back to me, but still has NOT

Unfortunately the charger was wrong and I had it collected, and the parcel was credited, which I am thankful for, but still did not receive my courier fees back. I have sent numerous emails, but am getting ignored....no one is getting back to me...
