Credit card charged but order cancelled

<p>My daughter had items in her cart and went to the order which had the option 'Pay now', and still has this option in her account, clicked on it and proceeded to pay, this was 12 Jan. I queried this and the reply was, this order was cancelled and theres no payment showing on this account.<br />However, she did pay, the transaction was successful at the time and the payment is showing on the credit card account.<br />I cannot find a call Centre number to contact takealot to explain all of this.
