Credit amount disappeared

If i could, i was actually going to rate it with no star at all. I had voucher of R200 loaded onto my qccount, surprisingly when i tried to purchase it showed that there was no credit anymore, rried calling the call center with no help, i held for over 30 minutes without being assisted. Horrible serivice i got i kust say
