Creating lies to cover a lack of service.

I received an message this morning stating that my order will be delivered the same day before 5pm. Just after 12 I received an message stating that I was unavailable for the delivery. However not once did I receive a phone call from the delivery guy nor our receptionist (which deals with numerous deliveries from Takealot daily as we have close to +- 2000 employees in our building.

What more, there is no direct contact number to dispute this and I have to submit a message and hope someone decides to get back to me. Shocking service from Takealot and Mr Delivery.
