Crazy waiting times

I purchased 3 Megamaster flue pipes from takealot and two weeks ago. The expected delivery time was shown as 4 October 2019 (Friday).

That Friday came and went, and when I tracked the items that night it showed a different delivery time of 10 October 2019. Waiting two weeks for an item is ridiculous and I should have really just bought it at one of the building shops albeit slightly more but there would not have been any hassles.

Now I will have to buy one flue elsewhere so my builder can finish install the braai and then wait for the other three to arrive from Takealot, and then have to drive to there warehouse to return the extra flue ... so much more admin and hassle!
