Crawling insects behind Samsung glass screen panel

I bought a 50" Samsung smart TV in February 2021. We have now noticed insects crawling around behind the glass screen panel. The Samsung TV in question is kept in a hygenic environment at home which is cleaned daily. There must be an opening somewhere around the screen (that I think is supposed to be a sealed unit) where the insects got in behind the screen. This is a characteristic that I would assign to so-called "grey products". I trust that my Samsung TV is an original Samsung product. I am 61 years old and bought my first TV in 1980. After 41 years it was a first for me to see insects crawling around behind a TV glass screen while watching tv, ironically the most expensive TV of them all. Having said that, I have lived in tropical and sub-tropical places during the last 41 years, places infested with insects, and never had a problem with insects behind a TV screen glass. In addition, my granddaughter (who permanently resides with us) has a cheap Dixon TV in her room that is much older than the Samsung that I have returned. No insects-behind-the-screen glass problem with her TV. If have returned the TV to Takealot for inspection of the problem and possible repair. Takelot has now declined the return and intents not to assist me. This insect problem will escalate in future if the place where they enter is not found and closed off. It seems it will be for my own account.
