****py quality goods

I bought a Swiss Kraft toolbox from takealot.com. Item was delivered on 6 Feb 2018. Being busy through the year I only had the opportunity to use it recently. To my disappointment, so many of the tools didn't even work out of the box. The ratchet does not work. The level is not accurate.

Now I do know that the 6 month warranty is over. I phoned takealot and they could not bother to be interested. The sad thing is the toolbox has not been used and probably won't end up being used. The quality is poor. I, as a consumer, can safely say I've been **********. Maybe I have no right complaining but a company that cared for its customers would use intuition and not policies to act when its customers are sold such ****ty quality goods. I will NEVER buy from this site again.
