To Whom it may concern

I ordered GPS watches from Takealot in December. All was working well. In Feb the one watch stopped charging. It was exchanged by Takelot. Not even a month later and it started giving problems again. The other watch also stopped working. I asked for a refund about two weeks ago. Takelot collected the two watches. I forgot to send the USB cables with and Takelot collected the USB cables last week.

It has been a week now with no feedback. I need the refund URGENTLY as I have already ordered from another supplier and they need payment. School is starting soon so I need the watches.

Please refund me ASAP.

Maybe take the GPS watches off the Takelot site as it is useless. I don't want other parents to struggle the way I am struggling now.

I need this resolved within the next hour!
