On Friday we placed an order with take a lot and for some apparent reason my order was cancelled with out any notification or reason. Then called the call center and spoke to over five different people and not one of them could get me the help I need. When eventually I did get help I was then given new voucher numbers which are invalid. I then called them again and still didn't get any joy out of the service of take a lot. The vouchers don't show the discount after purchasing. I cannot be battling to get any service from one company for so long and not get any joy. The reason I went to their site was because they promise good service but this is not what I have experienced. The consultants have got stinky attitudes and are very unprofessional instead of helping me as the customer I'm made to feel like m the one at wrong when they are the ones that messed up.
