Cracked TV screen

I ordered the 50"skyworth google tv on the 2nd May and it was delivered today with a cracked screen The delivery guy was driving a citi golf which also had other deliveries He tried to carry both the TV and the two other boxes at the same time the TV slipped When I asked him to help me unbox it so we can make sure all is in order, he insisted he doesn't deal with this
