Cracked Screen Protector Yet No Refund

I received a cracked screen protector yet I was not able to obtain a refund, even though I provided proof of the cracked screen protector. Regardless of the aforementioned, my claim was dismissed. I can see that there is a clear drop in customer service during the lockdown. I advise other customers to be wary of Takealot (especially during the lockdown).
