Covid risk during delivery to cancer patient.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered beenies for my aunt that has cancer and is loosing her hair during the winter. Waited a week for delivery. Found out they delivered to the wrong person. Raised it with them and after 10 email back and fourth they delivered the box another week later. The box has been opened. The same item was fetched from the person it was wrongfully delivered to. Then tape closed with box tape and delivered. This is beenies for my aunt with cancer. After a week of use by someone else within the 3rd wave of covid you find it ok to do this? I am outraged that i have to go through this struggle just to buy my aunt a beenie for the winter months. And you are ok with putting my aunt at risk of covid while she is busy with chemo.
