Covid-19 delivery policy

Good day I would like to lodge a complaint between the discrepancy on covid-19 policy on delivery, between Johannesburg and Durban. My order delivered in Johannesburg in December was dealt with differently to my orders delivered in Durban.

With my December delivery, the Takealot driver placed the box down on the ground and sanitised the box in front of me, giving me peace of mind that the package is safe to pick up.

In Durban however, all the drivers keep saying that the box is already sanitised and they do not sanitise it in front of me when placing it on the ground. Are the Durban drivers not given this sanitiser to give customers peace of mind by sanitising the box in front of them?

Why this discrepancy between Johannesburg and Durban?

Please look into this as Covid-19 is not going away anytime soon in SA and you are going to lose customers if this is not addressed in Durban.
