Courier wakes me up to deliver in the middle of the night then doesn't deliver and doesn't apologise either!

I ordered something through Takealot. I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered within a few days. They advised me on Saturday morning that it would be delivered before 7 that day. I waited all day expecting delivery and when 7pm came I decided to track my order which said it had already been delivered! Of course I was alarmed and feared that one of my neighbors had accepted it because the tracking said I had signed for it. I raised this issue with Takealot via email (no phone contact at that time), and later went to bed wondering what had happened. At 10pm I was woken up by someone saying they would deliver the item within the next 5 minutes. He then corrected himself and said maybe 10 minutes..... I said he mustn't be longer because he had woken me up. I stayed awake waiting for him for over an hour and eventually went back to bed because the number he had called on was not answering and I had to assume he had decided not to deliver! He eventually delivered at 10am on Sunday without an apology, or even feeling that he had done anything wrong. He said the reason he phoned me at 10pm the night before was because Takealot called him and insisted he deliver. This is ridiculous! If someone wakes me at 10pm and says he will deliver within 10 minutes then he should or at least apologise! Tracking number was ***.
