Courier services

Takealot is amazing but one with my most recent order they used a courier company named '"Courier It". This company dit not just deliver my package at the wrong adress, but in the WRONG TOWN!!!!!! Please Takealot, go read the reviews on "Courier it" and please do not use this company again!
