Courier service

Every time I place the order it is a struggle, my order will be scheduled for +3 deliveries, their Couriers are *********** and their call centre staff as well. You will call more than 5 times a day without getting any help. I specifically took a day off today to received the order and nobody came, not even receiving a phone call when i call Northgate office, the ladies working promise to call back saying that they will find out where is the courier, they never called back, when i call they rejected my calls and don't answer at all. Clearly they don't know what they doing, there's no customer care or complaints department where we can send queries. *** is an automated box where do we get help. I place my orders and pay online and every time and every day i place an order is a struggle, this is pathetic, please Help, order number ***0
