Courier Service 2018 going to affect Takealot buyers

Package ordered on 7 Dec 2017, order # ********** 0 , received by Fedex 9th Dec 2017(Excellent). Package ordered on 12 Jan 2018 , order # ********** 8 , although there was a waiting time for some of the items, we received on Friday 19 th Jan 2018 an sms, stating package will be delivered on the 22 Jan 2018 before 17h00, it is now the 23rd Jan 2018 after 18h00 and 4 phone calls to the call center and still no package and they blaiming the courier company Fast & Furious using a third party and cant get hold of them to allocate where the package is. I also ordered on the 18th Jan 2018 , order # ********** 2 a item that was in stock just like our order in December 2017, it is tomorrow 24th Jan 2018 and it is 7 days and still waiting for the package, also to be delivered bu Fast & Furious. If Takealot is not going to jump in ASAP, customers will stop using Takealot online services.
