Courier it - Takealot.com

I love takealot, and I have always been happy with their service. In the past I often received my parcels a day of two after ordering even though we are not a main center, but since they are with Courier it, it takes much longer. The tracking record will say it is with the courier and I will have to wait another week. This morning, 28 January, I received a message saying my order will be delivered between 8h00 and 17h00. At 17h45 I get a message saying they could not deliver and it is rescheduled for 12 February. This is 2 weeks later!! I am not a happy customer at all. There is no "contact us" option on the app to contact Takealot, so I have to come and vent here. FedEx was waaaaay better than courier it. Especially in our area as delivery was super fast and the person delivering very friendly.
