Courier company and takealot poor service

I ordered bags #***3 on the 11th July 2019,I waited and kept tracking the order,firstly the driver claimed he cant find the adress and it's not for the first time I ordered using the adress but previous courier company was able to find the adress without any problems,they phoned and directions were given,second time around he claimed that no one was home but my mom was home as she is unemployed she is *** arranged to come the following day the 19th July but they didnt pitch and when j checked now to track the order BOOM the parcel was canceled.I phoned the call centre to find out what is happening and I was told the order was sold out so how is that possible?if they returned the parcel yesterday @16:22 how is it sold out?and why cancel the order without informing the customer?
