Courier Banking Card via Takelot - Not Easy Not convenient

I ordered a banking card from my FNB banking app. The FNB banking app informed me that I will be notified in advance when my card will be delivered. I got a message the morning of the delivery. I was luckily at the delivery address even through I could not plan in advance. Been waiting the whole day. Phone the number that was provided on the SMS, just to be given another number that wasn't of any use. Could not track the courier or find out if the card will still be delivered. I wish I didn't have to do it this way.
