Coupon expired after two weeks and Takealot can’t send me a new one

My coupon that I won from Takealot has expired and when I ask them to re-issue it they tell me they can’t. I feel two weeks it’s little time for coupon to expire. As a loyal Takealot customer I’m saddened by this. I tried begging them on Twitter but they tell me they can’t re-issue it. And I’m think what do you guys loose if you give me a new one cos it’s not like the coupon was redeemed already!!
