coupon didnt worked so placed order as COD to keep

hi guys, this is so utterly disgusting to know that you guys are not anymore you were use to be to the customer, i had coupon of 100 that i want to make use of so i tried using it which gave me HTTP 404 error, so i placed an order from daily deals to secure that item and later i thought you guys can sort it out, but eventually you guys dont wanna help and i have to waste my time calling you during the day with loads of airtime even though you couldnt help, very very unhappy with your service now, being a long time customer i wouldnt want get this sort of service.<br> i want that ****** thing to be sorted.
