Counterfeits

Well how to begin , First off i buy a lot of stuff from takealot so imgine my absolute disgust and total disappointment when i received my order yesterday morning and it was a counterfeit .I honestly thought. Takealot took more seriously who they sell for. So anyway i order a LOL OMG doll for my grand daughters birthday which was yesterday. And i wait for my order to arrive and open it and shock horror . as i read the discription made sure of manufacturer and what i got was not the product they advertised it to be in my book that is false advertising and *****. I immediately logged a return and took it back to the warehouse myself since i paid cash and actually needed to go buy a real LOL doll somewhere else. But they first off can take my money but not so simple to get back . next i email through a compliant with pictures and shock horror not a word of response . Furthermore the return was handed to the manager at Alberton who scanned it back in that return was received. And promised to log a complaint and email head office and to cc me in on that email. None of which happened as a matter of fact the return doesn't even show received on the tracking return on their website.
