Takealot not taking down a counterfeit product listing and rejecting my review

This item is not an authentic Bose product. It arrived in non-official packaging with a cheap USB-C cable and was missing the original accessories, including the 3.5mm to 2.5mm audio cable. It also does not connect to the official Bose app and the sound quality is terrible.
