Counterfeit goods from Takealot with no real urgency to address the issue, only a million steps from me to do it

Imagine this... Bought Amazon firesticks from Takealot worth about R1800. Starting setting them up only to figure out there where no amazon firestick model numbers or serial number, it did not even give the Amazon Firestick sign when we booted them, just said android. So... Safe to assume, they counterfeit. Contacted Takealot... Look at this...
