Counterfeit goods? Do better, takealot.

I purchased a pair of Crocs on Takealot, sold as originals at a premium price. What arrived can only be described as fong kong - a most obvious ripoff. I cannot believe that Takealot would sell counterfeit goods. I have tried to call takealot, only to be cut off after holding for over 10 minutes. They were supposed to collect my return yesterday, but rescheduled claiming nobody was home when they tried to collect (someone was home all day), resulting in me having to wait longer for my refund. I'm so disappointed in their poor quality control, and their terrible service. I want my money back pronto, and I want the shoes I was supposed to get! What's more, when I checked in store, the shoes cost HALF what takealot was selling them at! What a cheek!
