Counterfeit Goods

Over the last few months the Takelot service that I have received has progressively worsened, but it is the last order that I received that has prompted me to write here. The Baby Soft 24 pack, 2 ply toilet rolls that I ordered is ****! It is not an original Baby Soft product. It is one ply and not two as stated. The paper is hard and of very poor quality. This is completely unacceptable service from Takelot and I will be closing my account with them.
