Counterfeit goods

<p>I recently purchased Tommy Loud perfume from the Takealot flash sale.The goods were delivered intact. When I opened the perfume to use it, I discovered that it did not smell like the original. It smells as if it has been diluted with water. I notified Takealot of this on their Facebook page and was advised to lodge a return request , which I did. It took Takealot more than two weeks to even respond to the query. It took another two weeks for the goods to be collected. After another two weeks , I get a response from Takealot that they cannot refund me as the perfume has been used and is not sealed. I only sprayed this perfume once , to discover that it is not the original. How does one smell a perfume when it is sealed. Takealot refuses to take accountability for the counterfeit goods that they are selling to us and I am very disappointed as I have always been a loyal customer and happy with their purchases over the years. I have advised Takelot on email that I refuse to accept that perfume.</p>
