Couldn't manage to cancel order before it was delivered.

I've ordered several items from takealot, but the stand-out was when I ordered an AC adapter for a Nintendo Switch from them in the beginning of the month. I phoned to try and cancel the order because I didn't need it anymore, but before we could properly get started on the cancellation process, the item was delivered - the day after I ordered it.

I went on the website and asked for a refund, and someone arrived the next day to pick it up, and it was processed and the money credited to my account within three days.

Stellar experience, I'm a big fan.
