Could'nt Care Less Attitude

I have had good service from Takealot mostly. But every now and again they have this 'don't care' attitude. Yesterday they send an email titled 'Last chance to get Blue Dot specials' 15:06. I go online and order an item on the Blue Dot advert for R289.00. When I place it in the cart the price jumps to R319.00. I call Takealot. No sir, that item has been removed from Blue Dot. How can it be removed when it is showing there with the discounted price. Totally *********, deceptive and could'nt care less attitude. I ask to speak to a manager - 'they're all in a meeting'. I'll get one to call you when they come out. a day later, they must still be in a meeting!!!! No, agent was lying just to get me off the line. No wonder Momentum have cut ties with you for next year. Now watch your 'Sales' drop. I'm done too with Takealot
