Couldn't assist with pick up
I've ordered and payed for same-day pick up at Takealot Elgin Mall and got an sms at 16:54, 17:10 I was at the door and they were closed because it's a public holiday The lady came and told me she can't help me because the system automatically shutted down and I begged and told her that I've paid same-day pick up fee and she said I should come back the following day at 8am
I've showed her the prove that I've only received the sms 4:54 and she didn't show any gratitude and told me she needs to take a taxi home as she had already knocked off. What was the of paying same day when I order at 7am and getting the attitude from the stuff

They should he a footage of us talking at the door for more than 10min begging for assistance, and I was wearing orange t-shirt. So disappointing
