could not collect order refused entry

could not collect my parcel at Rand Airport Pickup Point Block B, Hangar Precinct Pipe Road Dakota Precinct - Rand Airport Germiston 1400 security at gate didn't allow me inside , so i could not collect then i then canceled the order and they didn't refund me in full
