Could it be possible *****?

We order a Ceramic Cover Hair Brush from takealot and received a knock off brush which is not close to what we order. Luckily because we had the delivered product before we could immediately identify it is the wrong product. Upon further inspection we noted that the bar code of the knock off brush were closed with the bar code of the actual product we were suppose to receive. We assume it could be that they might have had to do this in order to release this knock off through the checkout. Can takealot please comment on this ill service.
