Cougar gaming chair (without bolts and allan key to assemble)

It was my 30th birthday on the 5th of July and I always wanted a Cougar Gaming chair. My sister, whom is a student, orderered one from Takealot about a month before as it was a daily deal (at a hefty R 3599). Excited as I was I opened it the evening of the 5th and to my surprise there were no *****s and allan key (as per user manual). There was also suppose to be a birthday note which there was not. A return was immediately logged and I put everything back in the box and sealed it. It was uplifted on Monday the 8th of July. On the 12th of July my sister was advised that they will not replace it (or atleast provide the missing assembly kit). There reply was that it should have been returned within 7 days, however it was a gift that would not have been openened. There return policy also state if you are unhappy with the product you need to return it within 30 days. According to Takealot this was not an option as it was not complete (does not make sense as they did not deliver wat was expted per website). They do not however explain their other policy of defect product (which this is). This a very expensive chair, which I will not be able to use, are now sent back to me. Being a loyal Takealot customer (since the Take 2 days) myself I am really disappointed in this experience, which is the first bad experience with them. I see this as day light ******* as there was paid for an item for a intended purpose, however it will now be a very expensive paper weight.
