Costumer Service

I bought a book online, i made my payment in time and i faxed my proof of payment. I received an email about the delivery date, when i emailed and called i found out they changed the delivery date without notifying me. They promise 1-3 days delivery on their website but clearly that is not how they operate. I am not happy at all with their service and their level of communication
