Corporate Bullying and Misrepresentation

My sister had been given a coupon to use in conjunction with Visa - when she tried to redeem before the expiry date she was told the following

We 're sorry to disappoint you, however, we have reached our maximum number of Visa coupon redemptions and as such coupons are no longer valid for redemption. We are limited to a certain number of coupon redemptions, and as such have had to limit how many coupons can be redeemed. To make sure this is fair to all takealot.com shoppers, we’ve communicated this across the campaign.

This however was NOT communicated nor was she sent any correspondence of this nature

This is what the original voucher email had said *Coupon valid until 23:59, 31 August 2019. One coupon per customer.

Nowhere on the email does it say while stocks of the vouchers last or similar!

Today is the last day before expiry - what a disgrace for a corporate!
