Cordless Secondhand drill ****ing up anniversary

Very Disappointed in takealot, I got my husband a cordless drill for our wedding Anniversary I did order early to make sure it's delivered before 26 Sept, but soon discovered that they send me a used drill after paying for a new one nit a unbox deal, so I returned it and guess what tomorrow is my anniversary and I don't have anything to give to my husband because takealot sells Secondhand items at a new price and then a customer have to wait for days for them to do inspection on the **** they sold to you.. why not do inspection before sending a item out??? Takealot I think the name must change to Retur a lot and **** a lot
