If there is a return it's collected, and credited to your account, without hassle (naturally items have to be in its original ? packaging and in same condition in which it was received). The overall experience is always pleasant, which ends up making me return almost daily. emails are responded to very efficiently and even the courier company is excellent. If takealot sold groceries and a wider range of toiletries, I would have very little reason to shop anywhere else.
