Contravention of POPI, failed processes

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a few things, selected Monday 11 December (and yes I had options) as delivery date knowing I wouldn’t be home all weekend. They came Saturday I said I’ll be home Monday only. They came Sunday and I said the same thing! Then my order was cancelled. Called Monday took 5 calls, all my airtime and 4 hours for a manager to call me. I just wanted my order which we need for my husbands business.

We couldn’t reorder as delivery would be too late. The consultants sigh on the phone. Managers do not want to help. They send emails and don’t call. Nobody wanted to just find my order which was obviously in Cape Town. Someone then took it upon themselves to reorder my items, using my credit without my permission. I never gave anyone that instruction and you can pull all recordings!! I will report takelot for contravention if I don’t get my order today!!! Nobody was allowed to reorder without my consent!
