Contact Us and Support by Takealot DOES NOT WORK

Trying to get hold of ANYONE at their Call Centre number +***0 is a nightmare - it rings and rings and then goes silent and then cuts off. I have had an issue with my order saying it has been collected - which is hasn't - I never got a ready for collection email or notification and the "Collected" view on the app is very different to any other collections I have had. I have been chasing for updates on email for the better part of 2 weeks, and keep being told it's been raised with the Delivery Team and then I get no response - or I get responses asking if I have received my order. If I had received my order why would I be chasing for an Update????? Additionally - I don't know who manages the Contact Centre element or the response team on emails - but this sorely needs attention as I am not the only one who seems to be complaining.

Is there anybody at Takealot that can help me with my order!!!!!!!!!!!!
