Contact numbers dont exsist nor does facebook "customer" service work either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a text message stipulating that my order was going to be delivered today 29/09/2017 instead of the expected date of 04/10/2017. The funny part , i did not receive an email for the same text message that we normally receive. I tried calling - to no avail. then tried emailing, then tried face book, where someone said hello, and that was it. I really think you guys should jack up a bit......this is going from bad to worse
