Contact Centre

First off let me say that Takealot do an excellent job but on a day like today there are flaws in which they work, there was an item I tried to purchase which was on special and when I tried to buy it, it kept on showing me the normal price. I took screenshots and sent it to the contact centre and about an hour later when they looked at it and acknowledged the problem the item was sold out all they could say was oh we'll let you know when it's on special again, last month I had a simi**** problem with 3 items that I paid for and got told days later sorry it's sold out. I couldn't even find a working number for takealot or at the very least they could have called me as with emailing takes time back and forth.
