Con't buy eBooks from Takealot !!

I have bought various e-books from for the last 6 years. Recently I emailed Takealot to ask why my eBooks vanished and they rep**** with: “Please note that the below error indicates that there are no longer tokens left for download. Usually, the publishers set tokens in place which are used every time you download the eBook, this is a copyright precaution set in place. WHAT THE HELL!!! Why don't they published this nonsense anywhere if you buy the eBooks?? Not even in the digital library! I made a screenshot of my digital library. NOWHERE did mentioned anything related to limited downloads or tokens. I the contrary it clearly states all my eBooks are available!

The last book I bought was in June 2016 downloaded it once and is unavailable now. I have lost now 30 EBooks . I’m unable to give the amount of damage as they have deleted all the invoices. This is so not right!!

Shouldn't they notify you of limited downloads?? Recently received an email to notify me to download and save my eBooks. Joke of the day! None of my Ebooks are available for download!!
