Consumer Rights Thrown out of the window

Still waiting for my refund from a return debacle that started on 27 July. 8 failed returns due to small vehicle being sent. Endless complaints and calls... And still no answer. And email responses is generic that hasn't taken into account my complaints or the history of the return. Im very frustrated by the level of incompetence displayed. Also the clear disregard for consumer rights, trying to throw your returns policy at me, which actually does not have anything that covers this situation or a vaccum packed item! I want feedback from a competent person to know when I'm getting my refund back!
