Constant rescheduling over TWO WEEKS

I logged a return Tue, 23 Jul, 16:15 (13 days ago)

For a TABLE, they sent a small vehicle that it couldn't fit in FOUR TIMES, after me requesting them to send a larger vehicle each time.

They the concluded the return??

I now received a message stating that they were unable to collect the item??

I am literally sitting right by the driveway. No calls, no hooting, NO VEHICLE.

They now have rescheduled to tomorrow (when I will not be at home).

I have been a customer since 2016. I guess I won't be using this service anymore.
