Constant incorrect items delivered

Takelot service has gone down tremendously. I used to enjoy ordering from them and ordered quite a lot from them. Lately I am getting the wrong stuff delivered constantly. It is a major time consume for me to arrange these returns. Plus it takes very long because they insist to collect the wrong item/s, assess the return then deal with it. On occasion, I have specified that I still want the item and that they must deliver the correct item but then they credit me and when I contact them, they tell me to reorder the item which is sometimes below the free delivery bracket. Also, I have ordered things only to find the same item at a much lower price also at Takelot. Why does the same company have the same product a couple of times with major differences in prices. I don't want to be wasting time to search for the best deal at Takealot. Most recent issue is security camera's I ordered was incorrectly delivered. I am going overseas and needed them connected and running before I go. There is now not enough time to deal with the issue of them collecting then hopefully delivering the correct item this time and not crediting me. I will have to go to their supplier which is about an hour and a half drive from me to buy the product directly. All I have done is wasted my time and energy when I should have gone directly to their supplier in the first place.
