Constant Delivery Issues

They someone always have the incorrect phone number. I made sure that it is correct on my profile before placing an order just to see that the Driver attempted to deliver but I was never called. Called Takealot to ensure the phone number was correct (it was not). I gave them the correct phone number and they said they informed the driver. To my surprise I was never called AGAIN when he tried to make the delivery for the third time. Constant issue with Takealot.
