Consistently Disappoint

Consistently get it wrong. They have disappointed with the last 4 deliveries in a row. They have failing to deliver all items in the order, delivered faulty products, delivered products that look like they have been driven over by a car, and most recently they delivered the wrong size (I ordered King size and they delivered Queen). They have credited or refunded even when I have requested that they just delivery the item I ordered. I would really just prefer to get what I have ordered in suitable condition. No longer got the edge of convenience I will just go to the suppliers directly in future.
